If your insurance policy covers massage treatments it is generally only applicable to Registered Massage Therapy treatments. Receipts for Registered Massage treatments will be issues upon request. Please be advised, if you are paying for your registered massage with a gift card your insurance company may not cover the treatment.

LA 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all individual services. A 50% cancellation fee may be applied to your account without sufficient notice. All of our spa packages require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We do require 48 hours notice for any cancellations of spa packages; if we are not given sufficient notice your deposit may be held. We do require a credit card number to be put on file for all group bookings to reserve the appointments. Please note that no charges will be placed on your card unless there is a late cancellation.
